Personally I'm not that impressed with the new Weezer Album. Out of the 14 tracks, I rated each song in one of three categories:

Hate it: 4
Whatever: 5
Love it: 5

I expect a higher percentage of "Love it" songs from Weezer. Their past albums have mostly all been in that category. This album is probably my least favorite.

So I got the Jackie Evancho album and one of my favorite songs was this one, but in looking for a version of it on youtube I found this version which was even better! Hayley Westenra is a bit older so her voice is a bit more mature and pure. Great stuff!

I'm a huge fan of this little girl. She's simply amazing. I consider myself a music connoisseur and I'm actually pretty picky. I like most music ranging from classical to heavy metal. When I listen to this voice, I start to get weepy and bumps emerge all over my skin. It's crazy! I very rarely get that affect from other artists. Seriously! She's probably THE BEST thing to ever show up since probably Judy Garland.

I've already looked into getting her original privately released album, but it's sold out and is selling for around $150 on ebay. So I'll have to wait until she gets a record deal and releases something later. Hopefully it comes soon, cause I'm simply obsessed with her voice.

I'm a big fan of I am Legend. At the beginning of the movie Dr. Alice Kripin goes on TV on the Today show and is interviewed. She explains that she created a virus which essentially kills cancer. After which you see "Three Years Later" with scenes of New York abandoned.

Later in the movie you see Dr. Neville say the date, September 5th, 2012. So that would mean that the date of the Alice Kripin interview is today! September 4th, 2009. Here is the interview.
